Eduard Witzke was born and raised in Alberta, and grew up in the
small town of Sherwood Park. There is where he developed his
passion for the Dramatic Arts, having landed lead roles, and won
awards at Bev Facey Highschool for both Drama and Musical Theatre
productions at the school.
Eduard moved to Vancouver in the fall of 2006 and has been
involved in the film and television community ever since. Eduard
got his first acting role in a scene alongside Steven Seagal in "A
Dangerous Man" (2009) having a recurring role on Nickelodeon's
"The Troop" (2009-2010) and a lead role on Family Channel's
"What's Up Warthogs!"(2010-2012) which was nominated for a
Canadian Screen Award for Best Kid's Show in 2013. Eduard has also
been an Executive Producer and and actor for the film "Feed The
Gods" that was shot in Vancouver.
Eduard is also involved in the theatre and comedy community. He
has performed Improv comedy at Granville Island Theatre Sports,
studied at The Groundlings in Los Angeles, and studied with
Eduard has also performed Stand-Up comedy throughout Vancouver. He
has also performed in Los Angeles, including The Laugh Factory and
The Comedy Store.
In his spare time, Eduard enjoys writing, and also hosts many
venues around the city, he's for hire, so drop a line!
